Carla started her career in technology with Microsoft, where she provided technical services and hosted training workshops for young coders and local businesses. She then took her skills and passion for technology and lead the helpdesk at a local organization that provides training and support to contractors. Now, she has joined McLean as IT Manager, where she focuses on supporting our teams and building out our systems to best serve our clients. Carla has over seven years of experience in deploying and managing technology and she is continually learning and mastering new systems and frameworks.
